Pregnancy & Birth Support 

4 Prenatal Meetings​ 

1. Initial Consultation (30min-1hr): Mutual suitability assessment and alignment of expectations.

2. Birth Plan Discussion (1-2hrs): In-depth exploration of birth preferences, addressing concerns, and understanding labor phases.

3. Pre-Birth Preparation (1-2hrs): Home or hospital visit to finalize the birth plan, clarify communication protocols, and discuss postpartum considerations and schedule hours. 

Access to call and text 24/7, supportive resources, and my knowledge. 

On-call availability from weeks 38-42 during which, a commitment to staying within a 2-hour radius. 

Available by phone or in person during early labor, active support at the start of active labor. 

Post-birth presence within a 15-minute radius for two hours, extending to an hour radius for four hours, as per your preference.

Postpartum

Includes 35 scheduled hours.

Resolution Meeting: Ensure needs were addressed and clients feel confident in their parenting journey one week after Doulas final hours. 

Services provided may include but is not limited to: 

• Light chores (e.g., sweeping, dishes, cooking, laundry, pet care).

• Feeding support.

• Birth discussion if desired.

• Mental and physical health check-ins and discussions.

Scheduled Shifts

Morning: 6am - 11am

Afternoon: 12pm - 5pm

Evening: 6pm - 11pm

Night: 8pm - 6am

Please note that morning support cannot follow a night shift, and evening support cannot precede a night shift.
