Utilizing my understanding of compassionate care, evidence-based knowledge, and personalized support, I aim to create a nurturing environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to have the experience you desire.🩵

     I have years of experience participating as a peer educator with Planned Parenthood and have spent the last five years being fascinated with birth work. At the start of 2024, I started training with Doula Trainings International to become a Full Spectrum Doula. When I am not working, I enjoy being in nature on hikes or kayaking, spending time with my closest friends, and experimenting in the kitchen.
